**Summary**
We are seeking a passionate Instructor to join our team in Milton, Cambridge. In this role, you will inspire children aged 4 months to 12 years to explore movement and develop their gymnastics skills while promoting self-confidence and teamwork. Your contributions will be vital in helping our young learners achieve their developmental milestones.
**Responsibilities**
- Deliver FUN & engaging gymnastics lessons tailored to various age groups.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages participation and fun.
- Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure the safety of all participants during classes.
- Collaborate with parents to discuss their child’s progress and areas for improvement.
- Maintain equipment and facilities in a safe and clean condition.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance coaching skills.
- Promote the values of The Little Gym through all interactions.
- Build long pasting relationships with our families
- Help grow our membership through promoting our business to all prospective families and being an ambassador for our programme
- Be part of our team - understand team work, and make efforts to make our team the best it can be
- **Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sports coaching or teaching, particularly with young children.
- Strong public communication skills to effectively engage with children and parents.
- Passion for working with children and fostering their development.
- Love being on your feet and being active
- A willingness to try new things and step out of your comfort zone
- Ability to create a fun, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
- Relevant certifications in gymnastics or child development are preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £26,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 - 37 per week
