Mr Mulligans Basildon are searching for team members that lead by example, strive to drive sales and exceed customer service expectation's at every opportunity.

WHY?

1. To promote a helpful and professional image to the customer and give cooperation to any customer requiring assistance, with a prompt, caring and helpful attitude.

2. To strive to anticipate customer needs whenever possible to enhance quality service and in turn enhance customer satisfaction.

3. To give full co-operation to any colleague requiring assistance in a prompt, caring and helpful manner and to be flexible in assisting around the unit in response to business and customer needs

4. To assist the Management Team including other supervisors in maintaining regular and effective communication within the Team Member and attend unit meetings when required.

5. To assist the Management Team including other supervisors in quality training and coaching in a systematic and professional way to ensure consistent delivery of product and service standards

6. To assist the Management Team including other supervisors in quality training and coaching in a systematic and professional way to ensure the team fully understand what is expected in terms of delivery of product and service standards.

7. To assist in creating an environment which promotes staff morale and encourages employees to have a pride in the area and their skills, ensuring maximum efficiency.

8. To promote a helpful and professional image to the customer and give cooperation to any customer requiring assistance, with a prompt, caring and helpful attitude.

9. To assist in the delivery of Departmental Service Strategy, in a consistent way within the standards set.

10. To positively promote sales awareness within the Centre and maximize sales opportunities.

11. To control all operating costs within the standards set under the direction of the Management Team and Head Office.

12. To install a culture that puts health and safety first and to identify and report hazards/maintenance requirements in the workplace and follow up through the site management Team to ensure zero defects.

13. To comply with statutory and legal requirements for fire, health and safety, food safety, licensing and employment, and to check that members of the Team are also aware of these requirements

14. To Open and Close the Centre as a team, at advertised times ensuring that the standards expected are met and levels of service within the team are consistent throughout the shift.

15. To ensure that all operating checklist/needs of the business are completed in full and with follow up detail and action where necessary
