**Role Purpose statement**:
On a day-to-day basis, you’ll provide daily support to Sales and Client Services by maintaining our Global Services Register (GSR) and completing compliance reviews of Statements of Work (SOWS). Other responsibilities will include providing support with ad-hoc compliance queries, as well as researching and creating compliance content for use internally and externally.

- Information gathering from internal and external stakeholders
**Responsibilities**:
- Completing Statement of Work reviews and formatting
- Signposting colleagues towards relevant compliance content and information
- Maintaining and monitoring key compliance logs
- Updating our Global Services Register
**Qualifications**:
- Strong organisational skills, with exceptional levels of accuracy
- Competent in Excel, with a genuine interest in logging and analysing data- Good research skills, with an inquisitive nature
- Instinctively compliance-focused, with attention to detail
- Solution focused, with good problem-solving skills
- Able to communicate clearly and concisely, on complex compliance matters
- Able to analyse complex legal and regulatory guidance
- Able to work consultatively and proactively to seek opportunities for service enhancement
**Expectations of Performance**:
- Competent in using and updating all key compliance logs and trackers
- Competent in managing and maintaining GSR overrides and notifications
- Able to independently conduct compliance reviews of Statements of Work
- Able to prioritise workload effectively to accommodate both ad hoc and recurring tasks
- Demonstrate an understanding of compliance research principles [approach and method]
- Demonstrate a detailed understanding of compliance considerations relating to international services
- Demonstrate a good understanding of available compliance content and resources
- Gain a good level of understanding of our international supplier services
- Text contribution/authoring of in-country hiring guides
- Understand Accurate’s services, vision, and values
The annual base salary for this position ranges from £20,200 - £27,000. Pay will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and relevant education and training. This position may also be eligible for an annual performance-based bonus, commission, or other variable pay plan. The Company also offers a full range of benefits, including medical, dental, and 401k. Your recruiter can share more details about the specific compensation package during the hiring process.
A basic criminal record check with DBS will be required for all successful applicants, having a criminal record will not necessarily bar you from working with us. This will depend on the nature of the position and the circumstances of your offences.
