As Warehouse Team Manager based out of the client site in Thatcham you will be reporting into the Warehouse Manager

**Client Details**

Page Personnel have partnered with a leading 3PL brand in Thatcham on a large retail contract. They are now looking to add a highly talented Warehouse Team Manager to their team to help manage the busy day shift which is a pivotal part of their operation.

**Description**

As Warehouse Team Manager on the day shift you will be reporting into the Warehouse Manager and can expect to have the following responsibilities:

- Ensure Warehouse team are in line to reach business objectives and KPI's
- Being a leader on site and setting best health & saftey practices throughout your team and wider colleagues within the business
- Alongside site HR, addressing issues such as disciplinaries, grievances, absences
- Investigating any operational failures to ensure they do not reoccur in the future
- Assisting in the recruitment of new team members

**Profile**
- Previous Warehouse experience is essential
- Previous experience within a FMCG/Foods environment is preferable
- Understanding of Warehouse Management Systems

**Job Offer**
- Basic salary - £32k
