**Experienced Landscaper**
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team at The Trade Collective Ltd. We are looking for a hardworking, ambitious and dynamic individual with a minimum of 5 years hard landscaping experience.

The Trade Collective Ltd. was founded in 2018, and has grown to be a well-established and trusted company working in Swindon, the surrounding counties and further afield.
We have a team of courteous, experienced and skilled tradespeople that cover all aspects of construction and landscaping.
Most of our work comes from referrals, which we are hugely proud of, and many clients choose to use us again for further projects.
We offer an end-to-end client experience that includes seamless communication, budgeting, staffing, on-site organisation and an excellent end result every time.
**Job Role**
We are looking for an experienced individual to join our team to meet the increasing demand for landscaping work. This would be a varied role, working in domestic gardens as well as larger country estates on a range of different projects. As well as landscaping work, we also undertake interiorrefurbishment and construction projects for clients, so if you also have building experience this would be a huge benefit.
**Key Knowledge**
- Experience in landscaping (minimum of 5 years preferable)
- Building experience (desirable)
- Basic principles of horticulture
- Understanding of landscaping techniques and construction
**Key Skills**
- Knowledge and ability to lay blockwork and brickwork
- Knowledge and ability to lay paving, setts and stonework
- Fencing work - installation and repair of all types
- Construction of decking - composite and timber
- Installing garden structures such as pergolas and sheds
- Shrub/tree planting and turfing/seeding
- Experience in operating mini diggers plus other plant machinery and power tools
- Understanding of Health & Safety requirements
- Full clean driving licence
