Cedar are supporting a Managed Service Provider based in Harrogate who are looking to hire a permanent Procurement Coordinator. This role will be a mixture of home and office based (hybrid working) with a salary of up to £25,000 on offer plus benefits.
The Procurement Coordinator will report into the Procurement Director and will be responsible for the full end to end process/management of Purchase Orders. You will also be required to onboard suppliers, build and maintain a supplier database which willalso include supplier research/evaluation and helping resolve any supplier issues/queries. The role will also see you support the management of procurement requisition processes and build/maintain a Contracts Database.
- Strong experience using Microsoft Office - specifically covering Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- 2 years (minimum) experience working in a Procurement administration type role would be advantageous
- Good data analytical skills, communication (written and verbal) skills and an eye for detail accuracy
- Ability to work at pace and desire to develop with an organisation
