Maths Graduate Teaching Assistant Specification
- Maths Graduate with a 2.2 or above from a British University
- Passion for education
- Strong communication skills
- Enthusiastic, resilient, and reliable
- Desirable experience tutoring students or working with young people

At this expanding school, as a Maths Graduate Teaching Assistant you will be working across the whole school. In general, you will be building a firm understanding in the qualities that make a teacher Outstanding through an interesting and wide-ranging CPDprogram that is tailor made for Maths Graduates at the beginning of their careers. Providing support, through one to one and group mentoring sessions, you will be helping students increase their learning. You shall be utilised across the school as you supportclasses in all key stages in Maths. You will have the explicit support of a talented SENCO as you begin life here, being able to rely on them to help you adjust to the pace of life at the school.
