Seeking a Corporate Commercial Solicitor looking to take a step up in their career by joining a growing law firm at Associate/Senior Associate level.
This forward thinking Legal 500 law firm based in North Hampshire has a proven track record for success and is looking for a Senior Lawyer to join its Corporate and Commercial team in this key placement. The team have an ambitious strategy and strong managementin this exciting growth stage. My client will consider either an Associate or Senior Associate level.
You will be handling a quality general Commercial caseload including:

- Company and business sales and purchases
- Contract drafting and negotiation, covering all types of contracts including Terms & Conditions of Sale/Purchase, and Supply/Distribution/Agency/Franchise agreements
- Private equity/investment documentation
- Other corporate finance related transactions

Your role as a Corporate/Commercial Solicitor/Associate/Senior Associate will involve:

- Handling own busy caseload unsupervised
- Exposure to a wide range of clients based in the local area, as well as nationally
- Being active in business development in gaining new clients and grow your own caseload
