An opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and well-organised individual to join the Technical Accounting Team within Corporate Resources as a Financial Systems Support officer to support the Council’s ERP system, Oracle Fusion.

**The purpose of the role is**:
To assist the Systems Accountant develop, maintain and ensure the financial integrity and accuracy of financial systems to ensure that LCC leverage the maximum opportunities available from its investments.

This will include the review and development of financial procedures, supporting the effectiveness of the Council’s procure to pay and invoice to cash processes, and to support the testing of quarterly updates and systems integrating with Oracle Fusion.

**Essential Requirements**:

- NVQ level 4 qualification in a relevant area or relevant experience of working in a computer based financial background Final AAT/part CCAB qualification.
- Significant experience of Oracle Fusion or other ERP and reporting tools.
- Understanding of different areas of finance.
- Use of technology to provide management information, including Business Objects or similar, local Oracle Fusion or other ERP.
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of communicating with non-financial managers on finance matters.
