**Accounts Administrator**
We are currently seeking to recruit an Accounts Administrator for our Mercedes-Benz Mallusk dealership. You will be enthusiastic, well organised and diligent individual working within a small busy accounts team.
This position is on a full-time basis which is office based.
- 39-hour week - Monday to Friday (Flexibility with start/finish time)_
- Alternate Friday afternoons 12:45 finish _
**Essential Criteria**:
- Proven experience in an accounts administration role or similar position
- Proficient IT Skills and Microsoft office to include excel
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail along with strong organisational skills
- Good working knowledge of all accounting practices
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal as you will liaise with both internal and external personnel on a daily basis
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work under pressure and within tight timelines
**Job Role**:
- Daily Cashbook postings/Cheque journal posting
- High volume registration of supplier invoices
- Liaising with other departments to ensure supplier invoices are passed in a timely fashion
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Processing payments to suppliers
- Handling cash/preparing lodgements
- Credit card analysis and posting to ledger
- Sales and purchase ledger duties
- Petty cash posting
- Any other ad hoc duties
- 30 days annual leave (8 customary days inclusive)

Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
