**Lloyd BMW, Carlisle.**
- Receive and process all invoices for vehicle purchases made by the Group Buyers
- Confirm receipt of V5 & other relevant documentation end ensure paperwork is up to date
- Liaise with Group drivers to co-ordinate the collection/delivery of vehicles from various locations
- Liaise with all Group retailers and keep the relevant people up to date with progress of the vehicle
- Excellent communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage own workload.
- Excellent IT skills, especially in Microsoft Excel.

**Salary**: £22,000 Per Annum

**Hours**: Flexible Hours Available
