Are you a passionate Clinical Nurse with a background in working with children or individuals with learning disabilities? Do you have a desire to make a real difference in the lives of children and their families?

We are currently seeking a Lead Clinical Nurse, to support our children’s homecare team in providing high-quality care to children with learning disabilities. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment andmake a positive impact on the lives of children and their families.

Network Healthcare: Learning Disabilities is well established in North Somerset, currently providing independent living support services to adults with Learning disabilities.

The new children’s service is in its adolescence of development currently operating within Weston-Super-Mare. As it expands into the North Somerset area you will work with the Children’s Service Manager to expand and develop your own team.

THE ROLE
- Provide high-quality care to children with learning disabilities
- Ensure the implementation of best practice including support plans and risk assessments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with families, carers, doctors, local authorities
- Research and select your own courses that will be company funded for your personal development

THE PERSON
- Passionate about working with children who have learning disabilities
- Experienced Nurse with a minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role
- Valid UK Driving Licence
