Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about logistics? We’re looking for a proactive Load Bay Planner to join our fast-paced team and help keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently.

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Maintain a high level of system housekeeping and work efficiently to agreed timescales.
- Allocate trailers and manage bay loading and offloading schedules.
- Accurately enter data into the in-house computer system.
- Manage goods in transit paperwork and ensure documentation is up to date.
- Support Shift Managers and the Site Manager as required.
- Provide clear and concise daily handover reports.
- Manage subcontractor drivers and liaise with external hauliers.
- Prepare all necessary paperwork for both internal and external transport partners.
- Deliver excellent service to all internal and external customers.
- Carry out general office duties and support colleagues during absences.
- Plan MOTs for trailers and ensure compliance with schedules.
- Adhere to all company policies, including dress code, performance standards, and health & safety.
