Temporary Telephonist

Office Angels are currently looking for a Temporary Telephonist based at our client in Edinburgh City Centre. This is a full time role working Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm. This role is paying £10.40 per hour. This role is due to start ASAP for 3 monthsbased in the office.

Duties and Tasks:

- Managing calls in to our client line as well as supporting other calls for the client solutions team whilst communicating across multiple channels
- Raising requests and updating requests on the workflow system
- Participating in ongoing and new projects
- Expanding and sharing your knowledge of the companys platform and the wider business
- Working in close partnership with clients to maximise their customer experience and journey
- Living and breathing the companys values and know how the approach you take impacts the client.

Skills and Experience:

- Previous experience providing exceptional customer service
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Experience prioritising high impact work, but never neglecting the finer details
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of working collaboratively as part of a team
- Prior experience with systems, in particular Microsoft Office.
