Private Chef

An Italian family living in London are looking for a Private Chef to cater for them at their house in Hampstead. Duties will include preparing, cooking and serving 2/3 meals a day. Occasionally This will include catering for dinner parties and family events.There are some dietary needs. You will be passionate about food and capable of producing fresh, healthy, well-presented meals and a varied weekly menu. There is a beautiful well-equipped domestic kitchen.

You will be responsible for all aspects of the day to day running of your kitchen including planning menus, shopping and cooking and will be expected to keep your kitchen clean and well organised at all times. You must have strong all round kitchen skills,be flexible, even tempered and comfortable working in a domestic environment. There is no daily budget but you will be expected to manage the kitchen accounts responsibly and will be accountable for all kitchen purchases, standards throughout are very high

Interview will include a cooking trial.

Ideally this is a live-in full-time role but a live-out package is also available.

Excellent detached private accommodation available/ The accommodation provided is a self-contained flat with separate entrance and parking, all bills are paid by employer.

**Monday to Friday.**

**You will be required to travel with the family on occasion.**
