**the role.**

What a fantastic position You will be working for one of the most prestigious companies in Cambridge assisting their Events Team delivery a variety of events.

You will provide effective administration for the events that the company host and sponsor, these can be both online and in person events. This will involve working closely with the whole team involved in delivery of events and include pre and post eventwork.

Day to day you will liaise with external suppliers and venues etc. to fulfil project requirements as well as preparing information and documentation which will support the team as a whole. You will be able to respond to enquiries and queries and create excellentworking relationships with all involved and have the ability to work to strict deadlines and flag up any potential issues etc.

We need experience in supporting events and of course you should be highly proactive and organised with a common-sense approach to problem solving. You will be able to create great working relationships and respond to all requests in a friendly and helpfulmanner. Due to the nature of events you will have to be flexible in your outlook and sometimes go that extra mile, but if you are a team worker and enjoy the feeling of pulling something fantastic together there is no better role Of course, strong IT skillsare a must and clear communication is key together with outstanding organisational skills.
