**Astrid Architects**

Founded in 2018, Astrid Architects is a Sheffield based architectural consultancy specialising in sustainable, bespoke residential projects. The current team of 3 is made up of Jamie, Oli and Founder & Director Holly. Having recently moved into their new office in S10, they are now looking for the newest addition to their team to support them across a wide range of tasks and projects.

As this is a new role within a growing SME, no two days are likely to be the same, and you’ll have to be able to wear lots of different hats. However, you could expect a typical day to look a little something like...
- Head to the office for around 9.30am, catch up with the team and find out if there is anything urgent to crack on with.
- Being the first port of call throughout the day for any phone calls or enquires that come in.
- Before heading for lunch, you might spend half an hour arranging client meetings and setting up new clients on the system.
- At lunch time you have plenty of options, you might go for a walk in the Botanical Gardens, or head down to one of the independent coffee shops on Ecclesall for a bite to eat.
- After lunch, you might spend some time scanning and typing up meeting notes, and uploading survey notes and photos
- You might also spend some time working on Astrid’s social media marketing
- Before you head out for the day you might just check back in with Holly in case there is anything urgent she needs support with

This is just a snippet of what a day could look like in this role, as it is brand new you can expect to get involved with a little bit of everything from bits of HR, some accounts / finances, marketing and client interaction.
- Is eager to get stuck into a new challenge and can support a small team in all things admin and office management
- Is a fabulous communicator, can pick up the phone and chat away, but also has excellent written communication skills
- Wants to work for a flexible organisation that understands that the team have a life outside of their work
- Is super organised with fantastic attention to detail
- **Please also note that this is a part time role, working 15-20 hours across 3 / 4 days the salary shown is FTE and your salary will be pro rata's depending on your total contracted hours.**_

Pay: £27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
