We are currently looking for a passionate **Team Leader**, to join our **Banqueting Operations Team** on a **permanent** basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. It is important to us that everyone on the team brings positive energy to support our happy and fun environment, as we strive to build a community of diverse backgrounds and life experiences, where we care about careers and not just jobs.

As a **Team Leader**, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

- To go through all the Banqueting Event orders before the events take place to understand and supervise that everything is properly understood, confirmed, discussed and organised.
- To run the banqueting rooms when a function takes place and ensure that the expected service has been achieved during the whole event as per the event Banqueting Event Operations and our standards.
- To ensure that his/her line manager is advised of customer complaints at all times, to deal with or ensure that complaints from customers are dealt with immediately.
- To liaise with all other department in the Hotel when needed to ensure everything related to Banqueting is respected, followed and done on time as per the Banqueting Event Operations and our standards.

You will be required to work **40 hours** per week, on a shift rota.
