Our Jaguar Land Rover Team is busier than ever and as a result we have a unique and exciting opportunity for a New Car Coordinator to join our Car Concierge Team. We are looking for someone with exceptional customer service skills both over the phone and face to face, excellent organisational and administration skills and the ability to manage a busy workload in a demanding environment. Experience working in the automotive industry is highly advantageous however not essential as full training will be provided.

**What you will do**:
**What you will be doing**
- Assist the New Car Sales Team in providing updates to customers regarding their new vehicle order.
- Support with Customer Showroom visits
- Update CRM and manufacturer systems
- Collate and update paperwork with any changes etc
- Raise any escalations to Sales Controller and/or Manager
- Organization and support of customer handovers
- Contact manufacturer to get customer order updates - specification, pricing, finance etc
