Management Accountant

Rutherford Briant are looking for an experienced Management Accountant to join a market-leading business based in Essex for an initial 18-month contract.
This business continues to grow year on year and are offering a qualified or qualified by experience accountant the chance to gain exposure to various high profile projects.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Preparation of the monthly management accounts
- Provide detailed analysis on budgets and processes
- Successfully lead various projects surrounding costs, profits and revenue
- Provide insightful analysis and challenge on the businesses commercial performance
- Responsible for the weekly reporting process, ensuring the transactions are reviewed and reconciled
- Preparation of weekly KPI's and customer insight reports
- Manage the rolling forecast
- Responsible for monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Key contact during external audit
- Work closely with the finance manager on the forecasting and budgeting process
**About you**:
- Professionally qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA or Qualified by Experience
- Experience in a finance business partnering role
- Demonstrated experience in Finance Planning and Analysis role
- Demonstrate excellent commercial acumen and decision making
