**The role**:
You will be responsible for providing reception service to the Academy, the first point of contact for all visitors face to face or via the telephone. You will also provide administrative support and assistance to the education team managers, as well as building and maintaining the Academy client base (models) and to merchandise the retail throughout the academy.
**What you will do**:
- Provide reception services to the Academy, meet and greet all visitors to the academy, manage the academy switchboard, maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times and general day to day duties.
- Manage and maintain the Model booking process. Sourcing new models that are suitable via social media platforms, face to face, local businesses. Provide Model feedback to Seminar Leader/Academy Educator. Gain model and stylist feedback for every seminar via feedback cards.
- Provide administrative support and assistance to the Education Management teams as well as act as liaison for field staff. Working on the System Administrative Tool (SAT) and Salon App (model and retail management)
- Reordering of all Academy stock and retail. Managing the merchandising of all retail areas throughout the academy working with Brand Managers.
- Ensure the Academy meets world-class standards in presentation and cleanliness as well as ensuring maximum client satisfaction.
- Able to cover occasional late nights assisting ‘signing-in’ of visitors and hosting at evening training events on a rota basis with other colleagues.
- To perform any other duties as reasonably instructed by the Company.
- When requested, maintain local artist rosters, data bases, book travel for artists/educators.
- Assist Academy team in certain countries to host and help with customer experiences as directed.
**What you need**:
- Requires High School diploma or equivalent.
- Administrative experience in a professional office environment in a similar or sales support role is preferred.
- Cosmetology or salon experience a plus.
- Strong command of databases and MS Office software, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access, with the ability to create and properly format word documents, spreadsheets, charts, graphs, presentations and generate/print reports.
- Requires strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks to complete all assignments in an organized, efficient, accurate manner within established deadlines.
- Requires clear verbal and written communication, excellent phone manner and above average writing, math, analytical, grammar, spelling and proof reading skills.
- Must be able to work positively, effectively and professionally with employees, vendors, client and customers at all levels as well as independently and as a team.
