**A quick look at the role**
The workflow facilities co-ordinator is a key member of the Biffa Group Procurement Team, the objectives are to build close working relationships with third parties and internal stakeholders. Ensuring that Biffa maintains a fully compliant estate and has robust loss prevention strategies in place and reducing any operational down time.
We are looking for an experienced workflow co-ordinator with FM knowledge, who is looking to make a positive impact within a changing environment.
- To manage and develop the relationship between the FM department and Biffa sites.
- Manage the helpdesk/CAFM system ensuring that the planned and reactive workflow is delivered to the agreed contractor SLA and KPI requirements.
- Represent the FM Department both internally and externally.
- Manage and allocate workload and resource within the account.
- Monitor, review, and improve levels of customer service.
- Analyse trends, identify and develop cost/client focused solutions.

- Proven track record of contract management (Desirable)
- A good understanding of the Health and Safety legislation
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
- Forward thinking skills
- Ability to respond to out of hours to support operations.
