Newcastle/ Hybrid - 2 days a week onsite

£40,000p/a

My client is a scale up organisation who partners with leading brands worldwide to manage optimizing delivery of data around the world. They are actively seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join their new office in Newcastle.

Key responsibilities:

- Operation of the help desk function, ensuring all users are provided with professional, prompt, and friendly service.
- Support the new starter process, including the setup, installation and procurement of laptops, MacBook's, telephony and mobile phone devices.
- Own the Office365 suite, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams & OneDrive
- Maintain the Windows Server environment (AD, DNS, GPO, WSUS)
- Support of a mobile device management solution (MDM) covering encryption and security requirements.
- Support VPN, networking, and firewall configurations.
- Document and improve processes and workflows and add to the knowledge of the team.

**Ideally, you'll have**:

- Experience in an IT Helpdesk support role.
- Experience with the Office 365
- Experience working within an ISO27001 & SOC compliant business
- Experience in Virtual Server Management, Networking, DNS, VPN, Firewall.
