Store Person

**Join our Team**

We are looking for a new team member to join the warehouse team at Baker Hughes in Montrose. The purpose of this role is to provide organization and support to Baker Hughes with incoming deliveries and movement of materials.

**Partner with the best**

As a Store Person, you will be responsible for the below:

- Movement of material around Montrose site.
- Loading and unloading of lorries.
- Accurate record keeping of transactions.
- Maintaining stock accuracy through cycle counting and yearly PI.
- Receiving of goods to site.
- Adherence to all HSE standards on site.
- General duties associated with a busy manufacturing site warehouse.
- Shift working will be required.

**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- Basic IT skills and a working knowledge of inventory management systems.
- Great work ethic and can-do attitude.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work methodically and accurately.
- Teamwork skills and ability to work independently.
- Experience working on Oracle based inventory management system.
- Previous experience of working in a busy warehouse environment.
- Experience in preparing items for domestic and international shipment.
- Preservation of parts to be stored in external yard.
- Previous experience using gantry cranes or similar.
