**Overview**
We are seeking a CNC Miller Setter/operator to join our dynamic team who desires **full OneCNC Programming training**, with potential for future promotion to a Programmer role

**Duties**
- Operate CNC machines, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Conduct materials handling and manage tooling efficiently to maintain workflow.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings
- Conduct basic machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance productivity.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a CNC Setter/Operator
- Proficient in Fanuc controls ideal but not essential
- Experience with (or willingness to learn) OneCNC CAD/CAM. Full training will be provided.
- Ability to read and interpret Technical Drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Competence in using hand tools and basic tooling knowledge is essential
- Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
