Panoramic Care are working exclusively with a fantastic care provider for children to find a Quality Business Partner based in Lincolnshire and Peterborough.

This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid position, with an annual salary of up to £50,000 per annum.

In this role, you will be working alongside the Operations Director and Quality Manager to ensure that the quality of the care homes are in line with CQC standards and regulations. You will not be directly line managing the Registered Managers in this role.

To be considered for this position, you must have the following:

- **Essential**: experience of turning a service from 'Requires Improvement' to 'Good'
- Experience as a Registered Manager or Area/Operations Manager
- Experience of working in a care setting for children
- An understanding of quality, compliance and commercial needs for residential care services
- CQC registration history, with a rating of 'Good' or above
- NVQ Level 5 minimum
