**Creative Operations Lead - Part Time (20 hours Per Week)**

WS9 Fitness and Inner Game Mentor are looking for a **detail driven, systems minded operator** to take ownership of our digital workflows, publishing rhythm and brand consistency across both companies.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organised processes, contributes through quiet excellence and takes pride in producing clean, reliable work week after week.

**The Role**

You will run the operational engine behind two aligned brands.
Your work will focus on structure, consistency and precision rather than creative experimentation.

**Your responsibilities include**

**Content and Publishing**
- Preparing and scheduling weekly content
- Turning raw text or notes into clean, on brand assets

**GoHighLevel Operations**
- Managing workflows, tagging and automations
- Uploading and organising assets
- Keeping pipelines and system logic clean and accurate

**Design and Brand Consistency**
- Updating and using Canva templates
- Ensuring visuals follow brand guidelines
- Formatting documents and simple digital assets

**Organisation and SOPs**
- Maintaining file structures and naming conventions
- Creating and updating SOPs as systems evolve

**Photography and Media**
- Occasional gym floor photography for content capture

You will be the person who ensures the operational side of the brand runs smoothly, consistently and on schedule.

**Requirements**:

- Comfortable using Canva for templates and formatting
- Prepared to learn GoHighLevel with support and guidance
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Organised, dependable and self directed
- Experience in content or operations work is an advantage
- Interest in simple photography is helpful

**Hours and Compensation**
- Twenty hours per week
- Mostly remote with one to two short gym visits per month
- Flexible schedule with weekly deliverables
- £18 to £20 per hour depending on experience
- Progression path into Creative Systems Lead or Operations Manager after six months
