The Sustainability Manager will be based either out of one of the London or Surrey offices with a 50/50 split of work from home and office.

**Description**

As the Sustainability Manager you will be responsible for:
The provision of environmental reporting and carbon emission reduction programme on behalf of PageGroup. This includes but is not limited to:

- Develop a clear plan and roadmap to achieve our Net Zero target, including managing validation by the Science-based Target initiative
- Work with the business units to deliver Net Zero initiatives and reduce the Groups environmental impact
- Enhance and improve the Group's TCFD reporting
- Prepare accompanying narrative on progress to articulate meaning across all environmental programmes and
- Work with colleagues to maintain the environmental management system;
- Manage the quarterly reporting to the Sustainability Committee, Executive Board and bi-annual reporting to the plc Board members;
- Prepare information on sustainability for stakeholders including writing reports, questionnaires, webpages, letters, social media and communications on behalf of management;
- Provide advice on sustainability matters to business units;
- Assist with the wider sustainability project as necessary;
- Maintain and update of the sustainability procedures and policies.

**Profile**
- Have five years relevant work experience with an impressive academic background;
- Be an individual with a strong interest in sustainability and is keen to pursue a career in this new and evolving profession;
- Have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships through a variety of mediums;
- Need to be highly organised; can work under pressure and to tight deadlines;
- Have an ability to follow instructions accurately and produce neat work;
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Have a willingness to assist colleagues in busy times.

**Job Offer**

£70,000 - £85,000 + Benefits
