We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented sales assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our day to day running of sales and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with a dynamic team.

Duties

**Overriding responsibilities**
- Provide an excellent level of customer service
- Assist in all aspects of sales administration
- Use your initiative to chase quotes

**Specifics**
- Answer incoming calls and action as required
- Produce quotes
- Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Proactively gain product and technical knowledge from the Operations Manager

Experience required
- Experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
