Remuneration: £35,000 - £40,000

The role of the Project Manager - Heat Pumps will involve:

- Project Manager position managing the development of a high quality manufactured range of ground source heat pumps
- Project Managing the research and development team, initially working on a 3 year project in London providing heat pump packages into the residential market sector
- Acting as main point of contact for the project and assigning tasks to relevant staff
- Plan and structure the project
- Regularly update on project progress/status and raise any issues with clients and management
- Ensure that relevant risk management is carried out throughout the project (risk identification, mitigation and escalation)
- Controlling project expenses including time sheets and Engineer allocation to the correct work packages
- Liaising with Engineers, Designers, Production Team, Government and other shareholders

The ideal applicant will be a Project Manager - Heat Pumps with:

- Must have 3 years’ Project Management experience in a manufacturing / engineering background
- Must be experience in managing project constraints of scope, time, coast and quality
- Experience working with ground source heat pumps extremely beneficial however training will be provided
- Would consider engineer backgrounds such as electronics, software or mechanics
- Ideally will have Prince 2 and SCRUM qualifications
- Ideally experienced with Winman
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal across all levels
- Experienced within product development
- Must have strong technical knowledge and capabilities
