Due to continued ongoing business success and expansion, Niche Website Builders, who specialise in helping individuals and investors build a profitable online business, have an opportunity to join our Customer Success Team
This is an extremely varied role, with the main focus being the enhancement of a positive customer experience.

Niche Website Builders have rapidly become leaders in the content publishing world, growing to 171 people in 24 months.
They are disrupting the content publishing industry by providing unparalleled quality of service.
Every month they deliver 6 million words of content and build hundreds of links and are looking to double the business again in the next 12-18 months.

**Responsibility**:
- Proactively engaging with our customers
- Being the face and first point of contact for our customers
- Taking ownership of a portfolio of customer projects
- Keeping up to date with customer projects, sharing timely updates and ensuring that projects are delivered on time
- Liaising with team members regarding customer projects
- Engaging in strategy discussions and making recommendations for customer websites
- Working closely with the sales and marketing team to identify customer upsell opportunities
- Processing customer orders and customer requests
- Regularly poll for customer satisfaction and improve service based on feedback.
**In order to be considered for this position, suitable applicants MUST**:
- Possess first class communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Have previous experience of working within a high level customer services environment
- Be exceptionally organised and have excellent time management skills
- Be willing to learn and grow
- Be a team player
- Be happy to muck in and help out where required
- Be confident with technology and learning to use new tools
- Previous SEO or digital marketing experience is desirable but not essential
- Previous project management experience is desirable but not essential
