Recruitment Operations Co-ordinator
6-month FTC
Hertfordshire/ Flexible working
£50,000- £55,000 + Benefits
Network HR have partnered with an excellent, private equity backed, Retail business for the hire of a Recruitment Operations Coordinator on a 6 months fixed term contract. The successful Recruitment Operations Coordinator will work in a lean, close knit team and will provide comprehensive operational support. The business are currently underway with a large change and transformation project which includes reviewing and redesigning their recruitment offering both internally and externally. Responsibilities for this role will include but are not limited to:
- Review current recruitment policies and procedures.- Pinpoint areas of process weakness and share recommendations to the Head of Talent- Navigate the ATS to ensure data is accurate and efficient.- Build relationships with the divisional teams to encourage better/smarter ways of working and support with any queries that may- Ensure governance and compliance with IR35 contractor- Run adhoc reports to support business- Enter and update recruitment/personnel details on the ATS/HRIS ensuring complete accuracy- Carry out any other ad-hoc tasks as directed by members of the team.The ideal Recruitment Operations Coordinator will have excellent process and governance skills. - Experience of working in a large, multisite, recruitment coordinator position.- Strong attention to detail and customer service skills- A proven track record of handling recruitment data, process, and procedures.
