There's no micro-management here. You'll be given lots of control to build your stores success, be imaginative in the way you drive footfall, and engage with the community that surrounds your store. You'll be encouraged to try new things as you lead yourteam.
About you
You've got a background in consultative sales, the sort of role where customers need to have a chat before they buy. Your experience could be in personal shopping, fashion, jewellery, footwear or similar. You'll be helping customers make decisions on gettingthe perfect fit.
You'll already have store manager/deputy manager experience and you'll have the commercial know-how that comes with that experience. You'll know how to get your team of supervisors and consultants energised and engaged.
For the right person, there's real potential to progress too.
The brand needs someone who is proud, passionate and overall committed to displaying confident leadership. After all, you're one of the important driving forces of the business and you need to be inspiring, so your team will really look up to you.
