**Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of guest services, food preparation, and maintaining a high standard of hospitality. If you have a passion for the culinary arts and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimise guest flow.
- Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and kitchen entry points.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders.
- Support team members in various tasks as required, fostering a cooperative work environment.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively during busy periods.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing orders accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
- A genuine passion for guest services and a commitment to providing an exceptional dining experience.
- Culinary skills or experience in food preparation would be beneficial but not mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £11.44-£15.00 per hour
