Ecommerce Manager - Luxury Fashion Brand - London - 5 days a week in office - £55k - £65k+ Bonus scheme

Major Players are excited to partner with one of the most iconic Luxury Fashion Brands who are a long-time favourite of A-Listers. This brand has been around for over 35 years and is known to be a twist between 80's fashion with a contemporary twist withtheir One Size Fits All mantra. They are now looking for an Ecommerce manager who can be the bridge between the Operations and Marketing teams. Reporting to the Senior Operations manager, You'll be responsible for using sales, customer, trend, and industrydata to create strategies that will influence the growth of ecommerce, the scalability of the brand, and the customer experience across my clients direct-to-consumer channels.

As an Ecommerce Manager working at this Luxury Fashion Brand, you will:

- Investigate and define strategic business goals and areas of improvement; sourcing tools and resources to implement end-to-end across business systems and operations.
- Building end-to-end e-commerce business strategy to include business reporting.
- Managing the digital experience from e-commerce website discovery through to customer purchase process.
- Work closely with the product team to ensure deliveries are uploaded quickly and efficiently, understanding products and collections thoroughly so to optimise selling opportunities and campaigns
- Manage the customer care team, ensuring all enquiries are responded to in a timely and appropriate manner and be a point of escalation.

The ideal Ecommerce Manager will have:

- At least 3 years e-commerce experience with extensive knowledge of Shopify
- A detailed understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO and Google Analytics
- A strong understanding of UX principles
- Experience managing and implementing key e-commerce platform integrations

**Salary**:

- £55K - £65K + bonus scheme

**Location** - Soho, London - 5 days in office
