We are looking for a part-time, self-employed, experienced gardener, committed and reliable with the confidence to carry out a range of tasks, including general garden maintenance for domestic and commercial gardens and grounds, selecting and planting suitable plants, landscaping, preparing and appluing chemicals, keeping sites clean and tidy, jet washing of decking/patios and more to join our growing team.

You will work under the guidance of our office manager, and she will provide you weekly rounds schedules of private and commercial clients in Shepperton, Surrey and surrounding areas, from Monday to Friday.

You’ll be available to start the working day at 8:00am and able to work outside in all weathers, and wear PPE where appropriate.

**Duties**:

- Perform various gardening tasks such as planting, watering, and pruning plants and trees
- Maintain lawns by mowing, edging, and fertilizing
- Use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and pruners to maintain garden beds
- Assist with landscape maintenance including weed control and mulching
- Perform groundskeeping duties such as cleaning walkways and removing debris
- Operate power tools such as lawn mowers and trimmers to maintain outdoor areas

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in gardening or landscaping
- Knowledge of plant care and maintenance techniques
- Ability to use hand tools effectively and safely
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail to ensure the garden is well-maintained and visually appealing
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and delegate tasks;
- Proficient in various trades such as planting, pruning, edging, fertilizing, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients;
- Flexibility;
- Live in or within 5 miles from Shepperton, Surrey;
- Be in possession of a full valid driving license and own vehicle;
- Be reliable and committed to work following company rules and schedules;
- Right to work in UK;
