Here at KC Projects we are looking for an experienced general builder / multi trader to join the our maintenance/refurb team.

Initially the role will be self-employed until the agreed trial period is over, then an employed position will be offered.

We want someone that is reliable, a great communicator, has fantastic attention to detail, works well under pressure and recognises that keeping to a timeline is of upmost importance. Time keeping is very important for us the company and our clients along with a responsible attitude.

We carry out a variety of maintenance and refurbishment jobs predominantly in East & West Sussex with the occasional job in Surrey.

Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £500.00-£800.00 per week

- Bonus scheme

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
**Experience**:

- Repair, Maintenance & Installation Occupations: 3 years (preferred)
