Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. **Duties**:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, scheduling, and training
- Ensure efficient and smooth operations by coordinating with the kitchen staff and front-of-house team
- Oversee food preparation, ensuring adherence to recipes, portion control, and food safety guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales
- Planning and arranging events in our bar
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement policies and procedures
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a restaurant management role or supervisory
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary trends
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a diverse team
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
