**Digital Account Director - Build client trust **I am looking for a Digital Account Director with experience of building strong client partnerships who is keen to play a key role in the definition and execution of revenue growth strategies of digital products for an impressive range of financialservices, not for profit, media and FMCG customers. Hybrid and flexible working is available (once a week in the St Albans, Hertfordshire office would be fine), you'll work as the Digital Account Director focused on achieving revenue growth from your portfolio of existing clients while also building trust andstronger relationships. My client prides itself on building solutions that drive value and ROI for it's customers so it is expected that you can provide commercial leadership, bring people together to find solutions to client challenges as well as deliver amazing client experiences.As the Digital Account Director you will be work closely with Product Strategists, the Commercial Director and Head of Client Services to turn growth opportunities into solutions and revenue. As well as the commercial and soft skills, as a Digital Account Director, you may well have a good understanding of digital, marketing and/or e-commerce products built from content management systems / CMS or digital experience platforms / DXP such as Optimizely/ Episerver, Adobe Experience / AEM, Sitecore, Kentico, Umbraco, Magento and/or Sitefinity. **What it would be great for the Digital Account Director to have**: - Proven experience as an Account Director, Commercial Leader or Client Partnership / Services role - A background that ideally includes working for an agency, digital consultancy or similar - Exposure to any content management systems / CMS or digital experience platforms / DXP such as Optimizely / Episerver, Adobe Experience / AEM, Sitecore, Kentico, Umbraco, Magento and/or Sitefinity - Experience managing client budgets upto £500k+ - Ability to bring people together to solve problems and create solutions - Excellent listening skills with an entrepreneurial and growth mindset **Digital Account Director - Build client trust** **Location**: St Albans, Hertfordshire (hybrid and flexible working, once a week in the office would be fine) **Salary**: £55-65k (depending on experience) **Benefits**: pension, health cashback plan, life assurance, training & mentoring plan, regular social events Eutopia Solutions Ltd ("Eutopia") is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
