**Smart 3 Energy Solutions** are a leading face-to-face customer liaison company that covers all parts of the UK. Working alongside major utility companies as part of a national roll-out, we create appointments for customers to have their old gas and electric meters upgraded to new digital smart meters at no cost. This role includes visiting existing customers in their homes. All customers have been informed prior to the visit.

As such, we are looking for smart, confident, and customer-orientated individuals to join us as Smart Meter Booking Advisors. Experience in a customer facing role is desirable but is not essential; the ability to work alone or as part of a team and enjoy the outdoors, is however, essential to succeed. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career, and you will be given full training for the role.

The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
**Duties**:

- Conduct door-to-door visits to residential properties
- Explain the benefits of smart meter installations to homeowners
- Book appointments for smart meter installations
- Provide excellent customer service and answer any questions or concerns
- Maintain accurate records of appointments and customer interactions
- Follow up with customers to confirm appointments

**Experience**:

- Data entry skills
- Experience in upselling or sales is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyse customer needs and tailor messaging accordingly

As a Door to Door Smart Meter Booking Advisor, you will play a crucial role in promoting the benefits of smart meter installations to homeowners. Your ability to effectively communicate with customers will contribute to the success of our company.

Please note that this position requires conducting door-to-door visits and interacting with homeowners face-to-face. It is essential to maintain a professional and friendly demeanour throughout all interactions.
