**Where will you be working?**

**What will the role involve?**
- You'll need to have a good understanding of footwear technology, grading of last, as well as accessory construction and fabrications.
- You'll be a point of contact to the stores and Customer Services in advising on quality and fit queries
- Analysis will be essential in reviewing customer returns to create action plans to improve return rates
- Working with the design and buying teams, as well as supplier visits to facilitate development trips
- Liaising and visiting factories to ensure optimal quality is achieved in production, so knowledge of AQL and production line checks will be essential
- Reviewing and approving test reports
- Oversee the sampling and fitting process
- Ensure all packaging details are established and accurate
- Providing the necessary comments in fit sessions

**Required experience and skill**
- You will be a Garment Tech or Junior Garment Tech with good experience working on accessories and footwear
- Excellent at working in a team but self-motivated
- Strong and communicative; able to develop and maintain good relationships with the teams and suppliers
- Good drawing skills, especially with drawing software
- Highly organised with good time management
- Being able to drive to the office location will be a bonus
