Ward Security is on the lookout for an experienced Front of House Officer, who will work at our client’s premises at EightyFen.
**Position**: Front of House Officer
**Pay rate**: £13.24 per hour
**Shift Pattern**: Monday to Friday 07:00 to 19:00
**Location**: 80 Fenchurch Street EC3M 4BT
**Must have**:

- Valid SIA licence
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front of the House Officer, or similar role (min 1year)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Have an ability to deliver succinct and clear verbal and written reports where necessary.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience within a Cooperate Security (min 1year)
- Surveillance skills and detail orientation
- 5-year checkable work history
- IT literate
- Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment

**Duties**:

- Act as a point of contact and information centre to staff and visitors.
- Report any issues to the supervisor or duty manager
- Always conduct yourself in a professional manner
- Respond to emergencies
- Deal with conflict in an appropriate manner if required
- Write up incidents to the standard expected by Management
- Carry out ID checks
- Be vigilant to the Health and Safety risks
- Work on own initiative

Ensures that the reception area, foyer, staff area, and board room are kept clean by supervising cleaning staff members
