The Housing Network is a fast growing social housing company that provides specialist accommodation to the Council. We are looking for an experienced cleaner to clean our void self-contained and shared accommodation in and around Slough and Windsor. You must enjoy driving due to the distances that you may cover and you should also be comfortable with lone working.
**YOU MUST HAVE A FULL DRIVING LICENCE FOR THIS ROLE, VEHICLE WILL BE PROVIDED.**
The role requires you to:
- Ensure the properties are cleaned to the highest standards at all times.
- Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times.
- Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained and stored correctly.
- Have proven work experience as a cleaner.
- Be physically fit to carry out cleaning duties including bending, pushing, lifting and handling equipment.
- Knowledge of basic cleaning equipment and materials.
- Possess good communication skills including understanding/accepting instructions.
- Work with the property manager and assist with moving new tenants into properties and completing check out reports when people vacate when required.
You will have:
- Lone working experience is essential.
- Experience of working in HMOs is desirable.
- Ability to work independently and use initiative, while being part of a team.
- To be reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to work.
- Cleaning experience is essential.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
