**Job Title**:Night Receptionist **IMMEDIATE START**

We are currently recruiting for a **Night Receptionist** who genuinely cares about creating memorable experiences for our guests. Our Night Receptionists work as part of a team on a shift basis to manage the arrival and departure experience, handle guest complaints, and support the development of other employees.

**Key Tasks**

Reporting into the Operation Site Manager, you will have a genuine passion for service and maintaining the excellent standards that the hotel prides itself on giving to our guests consistently. You will:

- Follow company policies and procedures regarding the check-in and-out process whilst providing our guests prompt, efficient, and friendly service.
- As a **Night Receptionist**, you must represent 130 Queens Gate and always reflect our vision and values.
- Handle guest interactions and complaints in a polite, engaging, and empathetic manner.
- To attend and participate in handover briefings at the beginning and end of your shifts to aid the flow of communication and maintain the smooth operation of the department.
- Booking taxi’s, recommending, and booking restaurants, receiving parcels, and making sure they are sent to the correct apartment.
- To cover Day shifts for holiday cover.

**Required Skills and Experience**
- A background in Front Office hospitality
- Must be computer literate
- Knowledge of **PROTEL** Operating system is highly desirable.
- A proactive approach with a self-driven attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly organized with excellent communication skills
- A responsible attitude
- To be able to work successfully as part of a team

We are conveniently located in Queen’s Gate within 10minutes walk of South Kensington station and Gloucester Road tube station. Our luxury serviced apartments offer comfort, calm and convenience, with a wide range of exciting shops and restaurants right at your doorstep.
