We’re looking for someone with sound industry experience to assist our Programme Director in all areas of operations at our onsite Fitness & Wellbeing Club. In this prestigious corporate environment, you’ll help shape our club’s overall performance and strategic direction.
As an Assistant Programme Director at our [insert club name], you’ll be dynamic and forward thinking with managerial experience, commercial awareness and a proven track record of achieving targets. **As an Assistant Programme Director, you will**:
Oversee the operational management of our facilities
Be responsible for our budget, profit and loss, health and safety, and recruitment and development
Shape our Client Wellbeing agenda, developing key stakeholder relationships and ensuring their needs are met
Provide support and leadership to our Client Services and fitness team
Prepare reports and presentations, including monthly contract reviews
Carry out marketing, event management and facilitation, membership promotions, retention and outreach
