Senior Mechanical Building Services Engineer

**We are looking for**:
A Senior Mechanical Building Services Engineer with concept and detailed design experience to support our engineering projects. You’ll be a chartered engineer, or working towards chartership, with a qualification in Building Services, Environmental or Mechanicalengineering with around 10 years’ building services design and/or project engineering experience. An understanding of other discipline design elements within a project would be valuable but a desire to learn and develop your knowledge and skills is criticalto your success.
Experience gained in the following would be advantageous: Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, laboratories, industrial or scientific projects. Additionally, experience in commissioning, qualification of HVAC systems in the Pharmaceutical, Bio-technologicalcGMP environment would be an asset.
**Senior Building Services Mechanical Engineer Responsibilities**:
- Self-reliant and able to work independently and use your own initiative
- Leading your discipline and working within a multidiscipline team
- Liaising with clients
- Supporting and possibly mentoring others
- A strong communicator
- Able to present structured and coherent arguments
- Keen to learn and develop your engineering knowledge and skills

**Salary**: up to £70,000 per annum
**Hours**: 40 hour per week, full time
**Contract type**: Permanent
