Valley Road is a Day Service that offers support over five days Monday to Friday. Providing daytime support for individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism and complex care needs.

**What you will do**
- Support individuals to explore their strengths and achieve personal goals
- Encourage independence and community involvement
- Facilitate access to local facilities and activities
- Lead and participate in centre-based activities including: Arts and crafts, Music, Cooking and Gardening
- Provide respectful, person-centred personal care
- Use equipment to assist with safe transfers
- Always uphold the wishes and dignity of the individuals you support
