Octopus Energy has an exciting opportunity for an** Energy Helper** to join our new direct field teams

We’re changing the landscape of traditional field sales and marketing and re-inventing customer interactions. We're focused on making energy greener and better, for everyone.

You’ll be at the frontline of our brand and as such, you’re responsible for showing the best of Octopus Energy and all we have to offer the public

**What you'll do**:

- Speak with customers door-to-door, providing helpful, transparent information about Octopus Energy
- Deliver great customer experiences, ensuring every conversation is positive and informative
- Work closely with your team, sharing insights and supporting each other

**What you'll need**:

- Experience in face-to-face sales or customer service (any industry)
- A friendly, engaging approach and a passion for talking to people
- A positive attitude
- Strong communication skills, with a focus on listening and understanding
- The ability to work independently while staying connected with your team
- A commitment to honesty and integrity in every interaction
