The role:
Our client, a highly successful global financial services organisation, is looking for an exceptional high performing individual with experience delivering impactful and engaging Internal Communications campaigns. To be considered for this position, youneed to have experience working for a professional/financial global company. In this fast paced role, you will support the Corporate Operations Group, which includes Human Resources, Technology and Operations. You will be the Internal Communications managerfor this specific area of the business, liasing with these key stakeholders on a range of projects.

What do you need?

Given the seniority level of this newly-created role, it is **imperative** that you have proven experience in Internal Communications. You will be well-suited to a corporate environment, and have the ability to organise and deliver hybrid andin-person events, including town halls and training workshops. You will be strategic, but also happy to execute your own creative ideas in-keeping with the company’s corporate culture. Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Stakeholder engagement
- Events management
- Content/campaign creation

This role would suit someone who is not afraid of doing the groundwork, but also someone who can see the bigger picture and plan accordingly.
