Little Bugs Fordell Firs is situated on the beautiful Scouting Head Quaters, set amongst 43 acres of woodland, the beauty of the site is unmatched. We believe childhood should be filled with muddy hands, starry-eyed wonder, and plenty of time to explore. Our days are spent climbing trees, building dens, jumping in puddles, and connecting with nature - all while fostering curiosity, confidence, and resilience in our children.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting children’s learning through outdoor play and exploration
- Helping set up exciting, nature-inspired activities and experiences
- Creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive outdoor environment
- Working closely with a team of experienced early years professionals and outdoor education specialists

About You:
- Passionate about outdoor play and early childhood development
- Enthusiastic, caring, and creative
- A team player who thrives in the great outdoors - rain or shine
- Either already qualified in early years childcare (SVQ Level 3 or equivalent) **or** keen to train and work towards your qualification
